Mark was a very pleasant young man, from the moment he interacted with me was very helpful , gave me a clear quote price based on pictures sent. He came the next day, was punctual , professional, very helpful and had very lovely mannerism and customer service skills. He kept me informed along the way asked me what I wanted and also told me if anything more needed doing there'd be a price increase to the extent of the work not just do it and ask for the money after which I thought was very good. He was clean and tidy and transformed a jungle of a front garden into a lovely little clean beautiful looking Area again for when people walk towards the house. 😊 Myself and my dad are very happy with Mark's services and to mention he did it all on his own. Very hard worker and very pleased. Would highly recommend to anyone! Thanks to you Mark it looks lovely again. 😊

They arrived earlier than expected, but wasn't a problem. they carried out the task in hand professional and completed it in good time. Extremely happy with their work and will most certainly use them again when the need arises

Only got the ivy done for now, but they were excellent. Got all of it off, even the really embedded high stuff. Very polite, happy to answer my questions. These are the guys to get in.
