Naturally an electrical fault can be a worry.....fire risk etc, so I was anxious to get things sorted pretty quickly. Mark telephoned me within a few hours of my posting the job. He said he would come and look and give me a quote . He was bang on time . He inspected the work and gave me a quote which I accepted . He explained exactly what was required and said the job would not take long and he had the replacement on board so could do the job there and then. That's what clinched it for me. He was courteous and cheerful and done within a very short time. The was no inconvenience with the power off.
