Initially Matthew was very polite responded swiftly to my request for a quote, but when there was the need for a scaffolder to assist with the job, and there was problems with this, he did not communicate with me, ignored phone messages and text messages. If there was problems and he indeed could not provide the quote, he should have told me. To ignore a potential client, is bad practise, unprofessional and deserves a bad review. He has wasted my time on this project, his consideration is sadly lacking.
