Excellent service ! Also a very nice polite young man would definitely recommend! My upstairs bedroom window parts that needed replacing were at least 20yrs old. MOv B knew exactly what was needed which happened to be a gearbox in the inside middle of the window frame, also a new handle which broke off in my hand recently , I had been making do before this. The gearbox was now obsolete so a replacement had to be found. Got the job done which in my opinion wasn't straightforward as it was not a very wide window and at a difficult angle to remove inner parts. Job was done very well, tidy and in less than a few hours . I now have a window that actually closes , locks and keeps out the drafts. Mov kept me informed of what needed doing. Simply got on with it! I would definitely recommend. Very reasonable all around indeed! Elaine.
