Ordered a Summer house through Jake Morgan Landscapes to be delivered in early March upon our garden being completed by them. We paid Jake £2,650.00 for the Summerhouse. To date no Summerhouse has been delivered, we have asked Jake since March for confirmation of order, confirmation of delivery date but all the excuses given that the company he ordered from does not give out those details. Major red flag, three times we have been given a delivery date by Jake and still nothing. A refund has been requested by Jake for the second time with 'said' company he orders Summerhouses from, again no proof sent to us of this and we have now been ghosted by Jake, no response to our calls or texts. On top of that we have been left with a uncompleted garden and no sign of them coming back to complete. Job started 20th February they worked only 2 days out of the 5, which would have put their initial timeline back however I am sure they had under estimated the project as the second week felt very rushed, dipping in and out, meaning on the 6th March (Monday) the job was not completed, however they were saying we are done/finished and will come back when the Summerhouse arrives and finish job then, we were asked for full payment. They were very forceful with this saying most of it was done and will finish when Summerhouse arrives. We agreed to give some money over, but held back enough as agreed with Jake, so that they would come back. However to date we are still awaiting for our garden to be completed, a Summerhouse or refund of £2,650.00, side access is left messy, materials left out, no grouting to our patio, loose slabs that were not stuck down properly and the artificial grass I areas not pinned down properly. I have been given all the excuses possible, pre ghosting. It is very frustrating to be out of pocket by a lot of money, to be ignored and have job unfinished. The only upside the job done so far is actually good but everything else erases that, the lack communication, not completing and going onto other jobs before finishing. Therefore I would not recommend Jake Morgan Landscapes to anyone.

Firstly, I just read the surprising review and it says ‘up to date the job has been done well’ but then prior to this you say everything went wrong with it such as loose slabs, not pinned grass? Seems a bit of a contradiction there. Secondly, we did all the initial work that we was meant to do and I’m still owed currently owed £800 for the first part of the job. (Got photos of the finished job) Regards with the grout, what you forgot to mention was that it was yourself that picked the grout and when we did the steps, you didn’t like the colour of it. You was also really indecisive with what colour to go for which actually led to a delay of the job. Sorry I just wanted to elaborate on the grout so people will understand that part. You also said about being rushed on the second week? That’s really difficult to understand as we finished at 5pm most days. Did you have want us to stay longer than that? In regards to the summerhouse. This was an addition towards the end of the job (never in the initial quote). Summerhouse was ordered and there was a delay due to a part being missed. Then you wasn’t in etc and it all got a messy with a delivery date. I then received a couple threatening messages on my phone I think from your brother it was (do have the messages on my phone) so then once this happened I spoke to your husband and didn’t want to do the additional work anymore so decided to work out the difference to what I was owed. Then refund the rest 👍
