Fill Cracks and Holes in Skirting Board
Hired M & M Maintenance to repair some skirting boards around ground floor of home as slugs were getting in through some cracks. Mark patiently listened to all concerns and gave suggestions and options that allowed me to make an informed decision. He didn't just do what I ask, he also brought my attention to the damp that had affected skirting, gave advice on how to tackle damp, discovered a masked and painted over socket I had no idea about and also highlighted other concerns he observed beyond the job for my future consideration. He ended up doing more than the job that I thought I needed. I got a further two quotes after this. Would recommend.
