Laminate Flooring Installation
Mike did an impeccable job, and worked as long as it took to make sure everything was completed properly. There were a couple of extra bits he needed to do such as cutting the skirting to ensure my dishwasher opened properly after flooring and he did this without hesitation. He took his time to make sure every little corner of beading and floorboard was fitting perfectly and was also incredibly friendly and supportive . I feel he was also very honest with his quote and stood by his word through to completion, we will 100% be using Mike builders Ltd again, hopefully later this year to fit the flooring in our hallway and I’m sure for many other jobs after that. Lay Laminate in Hall

Repair Plaster Around New Sockets
He was so fast to reply and work around our schedule. He was plastering over some holes our electrician had left. He did a great job and even offered to paint the area after for no extra cost. He is very clean and polite and even messaged then next day to make sure we where happy with the work

Tighten Loose Door Handles
Only a small job I had two loose handles on my inside doors. One door I could not close and the second was the bathroom door which I had 'fixed' before myself. Mike was quick efficient and the handles are better than they have been even when the doors were installed. I would recommend him for any job you need doing. he takes care and pays attention, which is a plus.

Re-affix Loose Banister Pole
Fantastic communication throughout and very quick response. Really professional workmanship and above and beyond as he patched up and repaired previous holes in plasterboard. Thank you and would absolutely recommend 👌.
