Replace and Install New Gas Fire
The engineer arrived on time. Put shoe protectors on and was very polite and unfortunately he couldn’t fit the new gas fire and explained in full detail why he could not complete the job and apologised for the inconvenience.

Oil Boiler Service and Repair
The Metro Rod engineer, Gary Young, did a fantastic job. My boiler needed servicing and the central heating side was not functioning correctly. Gary quickly diagnosed the problem and set about rectifying it. He got everything working and then helped to balance the radiators so they all worked. He was friendly and very knowledgeable and very efficient. I will gladly ask Metro Rod send Gary along next year for the next annual service.
