Replace Cracked Shower Tray
I recently had the pleasure of working with Miroslav from Md building services, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the service provided. From the moment I contacted him, his professionalism and dedication were evident. Miroslav arrived at the scheduled time and quickly assessed the work to be done in my home. He is incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain the different options to do the work. This transparency made me feel confident in his expertise and the work that needed to be done. The repair process was efficient and thorough. Miroslav worked diligently, ensuring that everything was fixed correctly and left no mess behind. What stood out the most was his attention to detail and commitment to quality, which was apparent in the final results. My 2 showers are now functioning perfectly, and one included a full shower tray change, which was done very nicely, and I haven't had any issues since the repair. In addition to his technical skills, Miroslav was friendly, courteous, and respectful of my home. He installed protective coverings to avoid tracking dirt inside and was careful with his tools and materials. Overall, I highly recommend Miroslav for any plumbing needs. I will definitely be calling him for any future plumbing issues and will be recommending him to friends. Thank you, Miroslav, for a job very well done!

Laundry and Toilet Tiling
Excellent skilled work. Miroslav has many many years of experience, he can solve the most unexpected problems and maintains good spirits and very considerate workmanship. He is honest and very generous with his work. The area was left so clean and tidy every day and he was lovely to meet. I hope he will do more work for us in the future.

Specialist Tradesman
Mr Hristov is a very experienced builder who can complete well most internal and external job requiring one person. I'm a professional landlord and have several properties that he maintains and refurbishes when needed. Mr Hristov is hard working and often staid working after hours until the job is done. He specialised in plumbing and bathrooms, but he is also a good allrounder. He was involved in a full refurb of one of my properties including repositioning central heating hearting, plastering, repointing, painting and even some roof work. I had a hidden leak from a chimney that was hard to pinpoint but he did find the problem and repointed it successfully. He has completed misc. electrical work for me and his work always passes the NiCEIC cert and this saved money and time. He has worked also for a friend of mine completing beautiful external mosaic tiling on her porch path.
