I think £500 for 2 hours work is very extortionate and unfair! All they did was replace a few batons and replace a small area of membrane. Original price was £350, but they then told me some rubbish so price could be increased. I should have done this myself. I have learned an expensive lesson from this. Consequently, I won't be using them again. Beware...
