Replace Megaflow Hot Water Tank
Met tradesman and agreed work to be carried out. Total cost being approx £1600. He asked for £925 deposit which I thought was a lot in advance so we agreed £500. Darren Shepherd did not turn up to do the work and has not be contactable since.
