I am a dedicated and reliable professional with over 25 years of experience in construction and all aspects of building works, and 5 years project management/site management. I started in the building work environment over 25 years ago and have learnt many trade skills.
I’ve built and overseen many loft conversions &; extension projects throughout many years.
I’ve worked under all local councils & independent building control inspection company’s with a 100%pass rate where applicable.
My specialist trade is in all aspects of UPVC window, door & conservatory systems.
This is inclusive of the new Conservatory Warm roof system.
I specialise in total renovation of all UPVC window & door products inclusive of Draft solutions, Re-sealing, Re-pointing & Re-trimming.
This is a unique venture for me simply because the cost of living nowadays needs ways to save money.
All of my present skills have been enhanced through years of work experience in many sectors.
I have a keen focus on quality assurance fostering a friendly and professional work environment.
I have Publiic Liability insurance that covers all aspects of work undertaken.

Mark contacted me regarding completion of the job and we agreed on the details. He and his team were prompt and on time to start the work as agreed. Every one of them was polite, friendly and professional. Mark communicated throughout the process regarding everything as there were a couple of issues arose we weren't aware of and Mark and his guys resolved them no fuss at all. They completed the job, left the area clean and tidy and Mark even did some additional decorating work that he didn't charge for. I would highly recommend using him and his team and they will be my go to guys for anything going forward without question. Thanks

Small Porch Repair and Upgrade
Mark was excellent on a tricky job, his measurements were spot on. Mark was always professional and great communicator with my mum and myself. My 86 year old mum always felt confident and safe with mark. The finishing porch looks fantastic and mark used high quality materials.

Improve Front Window and Wall Insulation
Mark is a friendly guy with a good eye for detail. He transformed the front of my house as well as a few other jobs at the same time. Mark is knowledgeable, thorough and professional. I have no hesitation in recommending and will definitely look at other jobs with him.

Replace Rotted Cabin Floor
Mark was engaged to replace my summerhouse floor which had gone rotten. He visited us, explained the reasons why the existing floor had failed, explained what he proposed to do and offered a very competitive price. Mark kept me informed and completed the work today along with his two teammates Ken and Ant. He used high quality materials, the work was completed to a very high standard and the site was left clean and tidy afterwards. I would be happy to recommend Mark and his team as providing a great, efficient and value for money service.
