Drains & Sewerage
Lovely man unfortunately his work is not so good. Had a bathroom done , asked him to redo it as it is that bad. Tiles not flat , mosaic border not flush with other tiles, asked to have it re plastered but instead just put the tiles on an uneven wall. No respect for our property, left the new shower with no temperature control, instead turned the water temperature down on the boiler. Asked him to put everything right, ignoring my phone calls and tx. Asked for cash payment which I paid . I would never recommend this builder the workmanship is atrocious.

I had made sure throughout the job that you were happy with my services to which I was made aware that you were. I was quite lenient and very happy paying part payments before being asked then full payment before I’d finished the job then I found that your opinions on the job changed saying I’d not tiled the walls properly that I had cracked the wash basin ( which I replaced without question) please note I do have multiple different clients and I am not able to always answer your calls straight away however I did contact you in order to try and come to a conclusion. I can conclude that the job was done to a professional standard.

Couldn't fault anything with Mark. Turns up when he says works hard and gets the job done to a high standard. Will 100% be using again.
