Tidied up well, Gave me a realistic best and worst price as condition of the wall was not apparent before starting and the price was very close to the best case. Mark made no attempt to inflate the work involved or stretch out the job to get more labour pay. He was keen to show me the work he was doing. I am keeping his number. Way better than the other builders I have had on this site.

Mark arrived promply day 1. He removed and cleaned the existing engineering bricks, capstones and gatepost as required for reuse. Day 2 he rebuilt everything, cleaned the site and completed the job. All very efficient.

Has done a really good job on a difficult spec - including me changing my mind on the work to be done half way through and increasing his work load!. Cleaned up well. Would recommend

Repointing
Very friendly and respectful. I felt comfortable with Mark around the house. He is a hard worker and does a good job. Seems to be able to turn his hand to most things. Will recommend him to friends and family and and have asked him to give me a quote to do other work for me.

Mark Brooks had me wait for 2 weeks for him to start the job and then failed to turn up on the day. He then ignored my text and phone call, very disappointing. I would give him 1 star.
