Underpinning / Foundation
Mark was incredibly accommodating in terms of urgency in getting the job booked in and communicating the details of the job. Throughout the job Mark kept me updated every evening and supplied photographs of worked carried out to keep us fully up to date with the progress of the job. I would highly recommend ME brickworks.

Extension
Our extension was an awkward one with only a small passage to get through, but unlike other builders and their quotes Mark was able to quote the lowest but give the highest quality, I just wish I’d found him for our original annex build. He bypassed the narrow entry by digging the footings by hand rather than hiering a mini digger, he forwent a skip since my father frequently needs to taken to the hospital and some times via an ambulance so the entrance blocked wasn’t something we could afford, but he simply loaded everything on his truck and disposed of it. The building work itself is very impressive (if you’d seen the state of our annex build by Chris Bird you’d understand) there were so many problems that popped up due to the original build but Mark found either a work around or took extra time to get them done. The original build disrupted my parents lives while it was being built, the extension has caused no such problems. I suffer from a lot of health problems so when the interior was being broken through and being seen too I gave him my front door key, he is very courteous, polite and no nonsense. He will keep to the budget and the quote, he won’t do anything unless you confirm you want it done and are okay with the extra cost. All in all it’s been a very good experience, value for money and I’m VERY happy with what has been done! P.S he’s very good with belly rubs - at least that’s what our spaniel thinks when he comes in each morning!
