Excellent work, very thorough, advised where work didn’t need doing and also provided extras without cost. Explained all options, no pressure to proceed, turned up on time, completed work in timescales and to a high standard, cleaned up each evening before leaving and after completing the job. Would definitely recommend and neighbour now using for similar job. Very good value for money and very competitive.

Internal Walls
Extremely satisfied by the work Michael-Leon and colleague had done with replacing our bathroom ceiling. Michael had communicated everything with me and was understanding when I had to move the date. It was completed in roughly 7hrs, to a high standard and at a reasonable price.

Guttering and Rainwater Pipe
My husband and I would highly recommend Lyons Construction. The work undertaken to fit new guttering/down pipe at the rear of the house, was carried out to the highest of standards. Michael and his father did an excellent job and even tidyed up afterwards! We are so pleased with the work undertaken that we are now going to have them supply and fit a new out house door. The price is excellent and we know the work carried out will be exemplary. They are not pushy Salesmen and leave you to decide whether or not you want to proceed with the work they have quoted you for, no pressure. They are very friendly and you feel at ease having them working in your home.

Internal Walls
Michael and his team did a brilliant job on my home, I had 2 new openings made and a doorway widening. The rooms look amazing now and their finished work is neat and tidy. They also did extra little jobs that they didn’t need to and were great at communicating throughout the project. Overall we are very happy with the result and would recommend.

Flat Roof
This company was helpful, the quote explained exactly what would be done. They were polite and tidy and I am really pleased with the finished job and would certainly recommend them.
