I am very pleased with this as our business had been without hot water for a while, once we paid the deposit it was done the next day, which is great no waiting till Monday to see if he could fit us in his busy schedule, as well as this he kept in touch all the time as well, which is a rarely as I tried to book other plumbers but I never heard anything at all back in spite of emailing and leaving a couple of emails, all this and quite pleasant to as well, we thoroughly recommend Luka Safe and Warm Ltd to anyone
