Lee came last week to fit two doors. He then left the job uncomplete and said he will be back to complete the job but asked for the money. I gave him the money assuming it's fine and he will come back to complete and also to fit the architraves (for extra £70 he said). After he left I found he damaged the door from the bottom by cutting too much (so it's now hollow from bottom). I texted him several times to come and complete the job & fix the door he damaged but no response. My mistake I paid him full money before he completes. Apparently will have to fill a dispute form through my bank to get the money back.
