Turned up on time, looked at all possible options and discussed those options with me, explaining all pros and cons. Completed the work professionally, to a high standard and then took time to explain all of the required paperwork, associated with the work carried. Also, great communication, offering his support when and if required. Pleasurable experience from start to finish.
