Gas Boiler
Unfortunately, Lee had a breakdown with his vehicle on his way to my job, a boiler service, which meant that he was rather late in arriving for our 10.00am appointment, however, he made the effort to get here and, he was very apologetic and gave me the opportunity to back out of the deal if I wanted. It seemed like a good idea for him to continue and do the service anyway and I could tell he was genuinely embarrassed by his vehicle breaking down and consequently letting me down somewhat. I invited him in and he got started right away, he was very thorough in his inspection and in doing the service work. So much so, that he found a fault which was causing my boiler to run out of it's set parameters which was potentially dangerous. I was so glad I'd asked him to come in and do the job then. He talked me through the why's and the wherefore's of what was involved and when I asked him the obvious and all important, "how much", he offered to do the repair for free in reparation for not arriving at the agreed time in the morning. I was just pleased that the problem had been picked up and could be sorted, I would have been happy to pay for it regardless. When he had finished he showed me the faulty part which was causing the problem, a tear in the main gasket which was allowing fumes to escape making the boiler run too hot, which could have caused a fire. When it came to settling the bill I gave him an extra £20 as a thank you. Lee was very pleasant to deal with, he tidied up after himself and I would have no hesitation in recommending his company to anyone, a thoroughly decent chap. Thanks again Lee.

EXCELLENT, JOB COMPLETED ON THE SAME DAY AS I POSTED THE JOB. ALL IS FIXED AND HAPPY WITH THE JOB FROM BEGINNING TO END. WILL DEFINATELY KEEP HIS NUMBER AND USE IN THE FUTURE
