    Although he came quickly he was unable to fix the problem. He did spend 4 hours trying thuogh. I paid him £100 cash but am still awaiting an invoice for my insurance claim

    Hi toni I'm ever so sorry I thought we'd left it that once your had your boiler replaced I would make good of the damage caused and invoice for everything?
