LGM Property maintenance,
we believe that our clients deserve to have access to a wide range of services, all under one roof. We are able to provide a solution for any problem you may face no matter how big or small.
An idea of what we cover, Plumbing, plastering, painting, and decorating including spray finishes, carpentry, tiling, locksmith service, handyman service small odd jobs, gutter cleaning etc. We also do offer an out of hours service if necessary.
We are based in Thurrock and cover surroundings areas in the Essex county.
Everything we do will need quoting and a price given. The quotation is free of charge. We also have 5,000,000 public liability insurance are a highly rated contractor with each of our clients

Fit Window Blind
After the job was finished I went to pull the cord and the whole blind came down on my hand.It was a shock to me.My husband rang Louis who came back and fitted it into the metal,as it should have been,whereas he had previously fitted it into plaster.Ridiculous.Therefore I will find a different fitter in future.

Replace Kitchen Sink Mixer Tap
Louis and his company LGM did a fantastic job on painting the whole house! And in such a quick timeframe, without any comprise on a great standard of work. A super, thorough job with great preparation before the painting, including repairs, mould treatment and siliconing, etc Louis also completed plumbing jobs, repairing broken kitchen sink/tap pipe work, and bathroom repairs, re-tiling, grouting, new spotlights and shower fixtures fitted. Plus extra jobs throughout house. We are sooooo pleased we found Louis and his company LGM Maintenance on MyJobQuote, as he and his workers were very professional and completed an amazing job for us, in a really good time frame. We will definitely use them again and highly recommend them too.
