Luke kept good communication throughout and explained clearly the work that was required. When I asked for an addition he was happy to incorporate this. I was happy with the price quoted. Luke completed the work as discussed and I was happy with the outcome, he was tidy and thorough and very friendly. I would definitely use him again if needed and would be happy to recommend him.

TL;DR: Job was done quickly and efficiently, and Luke was very friendly and professional during the whole process. Luke responded to the job within an hour of it being posted with a breakdown of what might be needed and cost breakdowns. He was able to schedule an appointment within a week of the posting. Once he arrived and inspected the shower, was able to offer several options, head to the nearest trade store to pick up replacement parts, fit them and adjust them to how they best suited me, all within 2 hours at a fair price. Would definitely recommend.
