We were contacted very quickly and the first job was done within half an hour very pleased. Just waiting for a cover for the boiler to be made in his work shop. He’s very friendly, polite and helpful.

I had a very bad experience with this Tradesman & on top of the work not being completed, he still has £300 I paid in advance, I asked for a refund & he has refused to do so, not responding to text or phone calls. He is extremely unprofessional. In the first instance he will not accept labour only, he demands that you pay him money for materials & then does not want to show you proof of purchase claiming he needs “your” receipts for his records. He then has u pay money in advance for material, say £600 & then produces receipts from other jobs so u cannot take the balance off of his labour charge. He smokes more than he works & his team of workers are all amateurs. The paint job was the worst, what Paint was suppose to be on the ceiling ended up on the walls & what Paint was suppose to be on the walls ended up on the Ceiling, very messy, a five year old could do a better job. I had to go over everything myself. He was the only Tradesman in his team of workers, even thoe he charged me for two Tradesmen & several painters, he only had One Painter on the job & a different face every day. Most of the main work was not completed, which he was supposed to do, he dragged it out everyday, “Tomorrow” was his favorite word! He constantly swore if he did do anything, and I mean anything. The most he would work “if lucky” would be 2, 3 hrs in one day. What was suppose to be 10 days over Two weeks dragged out to 21 days. I was so desperate to have him finish the work before I returned overseas that I paid him the last balance upfront (£300) before I left the Country two days later. Only to return & find that he had gone with all his Tools & skipped the job. I broke down after that! I had shown this tradesman nothing but kindness to the point where he said I am the only Customer who beat his expectations & thank me. I even had an experience where he accused me of not paying some money towards some of the painting, he was Cursing & Swearing, shouting & telling his Painter to carry out all his Tools, he was leaving the job. I managed to calm him down & asked him to check his incoming bank transfers, which he eventually did & realized that I did pay him after all. He then apologized for his behavior & claimed it was his Wife Birthday plus another Customer had not paid him, hence why he took out his frustration on me. He only completed 60% of the work which 30% I helped out just to reach somewhere. Truthfully any person reading this review, I am not writing this out of malice, I am sharing an experience that I want on one else to go through. He is dishonest, lazy & greedy. Does not want to work for the money or pay another professional Trades man to help him with the job. He would rather have a team of Amateurs who he can boss & bully. I am still waiting for my refund for the works he did not complete which I now have to find another trades person to finish. Very horrible person, who has serious anger issues & is so addicted to nicotine that he takes a cigarette break every 5 minutes. If you have a Job don’t call him, he is stressful & very deceitful, not worth the Stress!

LCD Ltd (Cris) responded quickly, came the next day, gave a quote which I thought was reasonable and completed the whole job in two days. I am impressed! He transformed an old dilapidated garden outhouse, hidden under ivy, into a bright airy workroom with a new roof

Absolutely delighted with this company. Chris contacted me quickly, arrived the next day to price it. I accepted his quote and he was back the next morning to fit it. It was a good job, quick and professional.

I am very pleased with the quality of the work carried out by LDC. The workmen are polite, skilled and helpful. Clear up well behind themselves and keep disruption to a minimum. I will definitely use them again.
