Hello, my names Laura, I am a residential cleaner currently working for a company, but I am reducing my hours to free up more time to cover areas more local to me. I am looking to cover Whitworth, Rochdale, Bacup, Stacksteads & Weir areas.
I will be available on Mondays, for either a general house clean or a deep clean. The price will be dependant on the size of the house, how many bedrooms etc and what you require (general or deep clean) and how long it takes to complete the expected jobs. I ask to come and inspect the property first to work out the price and discuss with you the jobs required. I usually say within an hour I can clean both a kitchen and a bathroom (dependant on size) then if bedrooms, living rooms, dining rooms, hallways etc are also required a clean it can take between 1 and a half to two hours for a general clean or up to three hours for a deep clean. I charge £12.50 per hour, £18 for 1 & a half hours, £25 for 2 hours, £30 for 2 & a half hours & £37.50 for a 3 hour clean.
GENERAL CLEAN INCLUDES
KITCHEN
surfaces, cupboard doors, oven hob, fridge door, sink, wipe bins, floor.
BATHROOM
bath, shower, sink, toilet, mirrors, empty pedal bins, radiators, floor.
BEDROOMS
dust surfaces, mirrors, neaten bed, empty bin, floor.
LANDINGS/HALLWAYS
dust, mirrors, hoover.
DEEP CLEAN INCLUDES
all of the above plus feather dusting of skirting boards, above doors, light switches, door handles, windows, blinds, bed making if clean bedding is layed out, tile grout scrubbing if required.
