Lance completed the job speedily and to a very high standard. He was polite and courteous and charged a very fair price. If I need any work done in the future I have no hesitation in contacting him.

I recently had Lance over to build a Catio in the garden. All I have to say is I wish I never agreed for him to do this job. From the day he started the job I had my doubts about him. Lance never listened to my needs and wants for the Catio and just took control over me, the 2 days that he came over he always left the garden a mess with paint everywhere on the floor and laying around the garden, I had to pick these up and clean after him every night. Lance never mentioned to me about bringing another person with him (someone who is not qualified or skilled for the job) to help him. Whenever I mentioned something I wanted changing about the work he would talk over me and undermine my thoughts and deceived me. He also asked money upfront to buy materials for the Catio however these materials were not totalling up to £400 for the money I sent him so I asked for receipts and he refused to show evidence of the total cost. He asked money for BASIC MATERIALS that a handyman should provide for example a paint brush and machines… i shouldn’t be paying for any type of machines that he should already have due to his job. I have had many people look over the quality and price of the materials and it was definitely less than £400. He also never brought a ladder instead he climbed onto my garden table to do the roof on the Catio. I stopped the work after the 2nd day as I was not happy with his service and he agreed to remove the Catio and to send back the full £400 into my account. To this day Lance has still not sent anything over nor has he come over to the house to remove the catio as agreed, he has refused to talk to me over the phone by making up excuses that he’s ‘fixing his car’ or he would simply decline my calls. I am not left with an unfinished Catio (if you want to call it that) and a garden full of paint. I am taking this situation further as now I am £400 short. Please do not do the same mistake as I did and allow him to do any work, for a Handyman he’s clearly not in the right industry as he lacks the skills and respect for it

Speedy assessment and completion of the job to a good standard, and at a competitive price. Could have covered up a little better to reduce mess but overall great, reliable service and would definitely use again.

Lance and Alf did a great job rendering outside wall and fitting an air brick. Excellent communication throughout. Very reasonable price for a tidy job. Also some good advice given from Alf! I would definitely use them again.
