ZAFEER WAS REALLY POLITE, VERY THOROUGH AND DOUBLE CHECKED EVERYTHING. HE EXPLAINED THE PROBLEM AND HOW HE FIXED IT. HE TURNRD UP ON TIME AND CAME OUT AT SHORT NOTICE OVER THE WEEKEND.
