Remove Internal Wall in Kitchen
Outstanding work We would definitely hire L and L construction and maintenance again and again and again. Absolutely marvelous work. Shane knows his craft, always goes an extra mile for the customer. We had to remove the wall between the kitchen and dining room and install an RSJ beam. Since the minute Shane arrived at the property for the first time it was promising to be challenging. Along the way Shane discovered more and more things that needed structural engineer advice or approval. Without having any major delays Shane solved that for us and made sure work will carry on schedule.Even with a few old hick-ups from previously carried out works we were at the finish line on time just like we agreed on our first meeting. It was an absolute pleasure to have business with L and L constructions and maintenance would definitely hire again and highly recommend to trust your ideas and work to Shane, you won't be disappointed.
