I have run my own plumbing business for over 18 years now and have recently relocated from South Africa. I led a small team, which specialised in domestic, commercial and industrial plumbing.
My customers ranged from individual homeowners, renters, small businesses to larger businesses and building contractors.
I have the ability to train up individuals from the apprenticeship to full qualification.
I have excellent practical and problem-solving skills.
Always ensure that I have a pleasant manner when dealing with customers and colleagues.
Ability to interact with diverse individuals and groups.
I have a can-do attitude.
Nothing is impossible for me and I ensure that I solve every problem that is presented to me.
I enjoy everyday plumbing challenges and never give up on any job to ensure customer satisfaction.
I pay attention to detail.
My main aim is to ensure that my customers are happy with the service they receive and that they are not overcharged, that they are given the correct advice, that the job is done quickly and that there is no mess or fuss.

We required a replacement hand basin mixer tap in our en-suite. Byron visited us in order to look at the job and gave us a reasonable price, day and a time when he would arrive in order to carry out the work. He arrived when he said he would, showed me the replacement and confirmed that it met the standard we had discussed. He carried out the work efficiently and left the room as he found it. We will use him again. Thank you Byron.
