My fence had been blown down and broken by hurricane Bert! I was contacted by KRA Roofing and property maintenance. Kieran, the boss, came and did an estimate, agreed a time and price and commenced the work the following day. There was unexpected problems with tree roots, that slowed the whole project up and involved procuring some additional equipment. The job ended up taking more time and resulted in the guys having to work in the dark and freezing weather. They stuck to the task and didn't stop until the job was done. Kieran honoured his price, even though it took longer than estimated and the result is excellent. I found the guys ftom KRA very polite, considerate, honest and reliable and would recommend them for this kind of work.

Kieran responded quickly to my enquiry about having my shed roof re-felted. He quoted a fair price that included labour, materials and taking any rubbish away, and gave options for both re-felting and putting new plywood on as well. He also sent photos of previous jobs so I could see the quality of this work, and before and afters for jobs similar to mine. On the day, we realised that we needed the plywood changing as well and he sorted this with no issues. He and his colleague were cheerful, friendly and courteous, and completed the work to a high standard. Very pleased with my new shed roof and would definitely recommend KRA’s services. Thank you.

During the storm of the night of November 23rd, a large part of our summer house's felt roof landed in the garden. We urgently needed someone to repair it. Kieron came to give us fair price on Monday and started work on Tuesday. Kieron explained in detail what he was going to do. We also had several rotting timbers and the shed also needed re-roofing, again with some rotting timbers. There was a problem in matching the timber of the summer house, but Kieron was determined to solve the problem. I am delighted with the work he carried out, and am particularly pleased that the roofs are guaranteed for 15 years. I would have no hesitation in recommending KRA for a speedy and high quality job, always most courteous and with a smile.

ROOF REPAIR A true Professional, Polite and experienced tradesman. He did an excellent job with my roof and I am very satisfied. He provided the quote in a timely manner.
