Mr Drayton came to quote and do the job when he said he would, did exactly what I asked him to do, for exactly the amount he quoted, within the time-frame we agreed. Lovely job, very happy indeed!

I am not into providing the review / Comments but this is an attempt / warn people to take their decession based on my I am not into providing reviews / Comments but I had a very very bad experience engaging with KMD&Sons and I wanted to provide my feedback so that people can make informed decisions. I have engaged KMD&Sons to fix 10 doors ( it ended up to be 7), I find the overall experience to be unacceptable. Due to the below reasons 1) very poor workmanship 2) Not well equipped 3) Poor finishing 4) No aftercare support 5) No tidy up after work 6) very Impenitent 7) Rude and uses offensive language when asked to fix something doesn’t work as expected.

KMD&SonsThis job was a pain from day one the guy said he would supply 10doors and only supplied five eventually he turned up with 2 more doors bear in mind I priced the job on 10 doors their were no catches or Hinges when I arrived price work only applys when all materials supplied as for being racial towards him don't think so I'm from a mixed race family I will leave it to you regards kim

Wooden Decking
I had a 25 meter squared decking and retaining wall with steps done in decking too. Very good job, on time with no delays. Carried out the job asked for for a good price. I personally ask for a lot of attention to little details which means I may end up pointing out few things to be redone. Which Kim was very understanding and had them done the way I asked for. I recommend Kim for other jobs.

Wooden Doors - External
I would NOT recommend this guy. I have got to get another trades person to redo the terrible work he did.. job was to replace a wooden side door to garage. When he left I couldn’t even open the door because he’d put the new frame on crooked which bent the latch round. The frame wasn’t snug to wall , he supplied a cheap thin door full of staple holes..... he slapped primer paint everywhere, on paving stones , wall etc and paint job was terrible,. To complete this awful job......the he put the latch on crooked. I asked him to correct, however when he left it was still crooked. Very annoying as I look at the door from my lounge and when sitting in garden... just thankful he didn’t do an internal job. This is the first time in 50 years I have ever left a bad review.......I text him twice re the job but a week on haven’t had a reply......This job has turned out to be a very expensive job........
