Post-Renovation Deep Clean Needed
K&L provided a thorough, detailed quotation including some that I had stated were not required. The quote was the most expensive compared to their competitors (who on paper looked too cheap and couldn't cover everything requested) stating that everything could be achieved in 5-hours by two people. The main purpose was to deep cleaning a property that had had extensive renovations and couldn't see that this was possible. K&L had all the power tools and what they did was good, but not everything was achieved within their specified timeframe, so this review acts as a word of warning not to over promise and under delivery. Although I would still recommend and K&L worked really hard within the timeframe they had specified so still worth the money.

Excellent work. Everything was done in time and according to agreed specifications. The team were on time, finished on time and the work was thorough.
