Damp Proof Large Stone Fireplace

Complete External Garage Rendering
I had been badly let down by some builders I knew....who messed up and never turned up!! The job was half way...at end of my tether I sacked them. Wasn't sleeping. I tried this website and posted my 'incomplete' job...half knowing I wouldn't get someone. Boy was I wrong! Next day Karl telephoned me. We talked it through. He saw some pictures. Came to see it. Good job he did as the previous work was so wrong on so many issues. Basically Karl then advised what needed doing before we could get it finished. A quote was sent...I agreed to it. He started the next day. Turned up when he said he would. Karl works like no other, 12 hour days, fantastic ability in what I needed....rendering.. Very skilled. Talked job through with me every day. Thoughtfull not to waste materials/reused materials. Asked me for nothing.....his words 'you can relax". For the first time in 6 weeks I did. So if you want someone skilled, polite, punctual, good communications if weather stops him, puts the hours in, cares about the job and what he is doing, and all around grafter.hire Karl Littler. I will be passing his name on!! THANK YOU

Labour for Moving Aggregate
Karl put in a solid shift for the 4 days he was contracted to assist me. While the job was for labouring which he did superbly, he also provided invaluable insight and advice to enable me to complete the rest of the project. I would have no hesitation in recommending Karl to anyone and hope to work with him again in the future.

Tile repair and replacement
Carl arrived when he said, and did the tiling well. He fixed a leak under the bath and helped seal a bedroom floor which he volunteered to help with. He replaced a broken door handle and kept to the price agreed. He volunteered to return if needed. Would recommend.

Plaster Skimming
Karl informed us from the start of what the job would entail. He did a superb job, and kept going until he was happy with the finish of the plaster. He works very hard, with little time for a break. All his works are guaranteed, in case of any future problems. I would highly recommend Karl.
