Fix Downstairs Electrical Issue
Really helpful. Sam tried to talk me through issue solutions on phone to get me up and running quickly and avoid costs. Unfortunately that didn't work, so he quoted a time and charge, arrived promptly and found the fault quickly. Would highly recommend.

Kitchen Electrical Points Repair
Sam is great, really honest and professional. We had a small job which then expanded as jobs do! He was able to adjust and deliver according to our needs and we felt we were getting a fair price for the work. Really appreciated Sam, would definitely work with you again.

RCD Fuse Tripping and Double Socket Installation
Tackled had to trace intermittent fault. Installed replacement wall and ceiling lights and old halogen spots. Very friendly and good comms

Good communication; arranged a convenient time to call, and was on time. He was thorough and explained well to me what the fault was and how he rectified it. He did not leave until I had confirmed that it was fixed and he left the place tidy.
