Chimney Repointing and Capping
The guy knows his job and he was very quick. Within 3 hours, the chimney was gone and the slates laid to cover the gap. I will not hesitate to use this company again.

How this builder has 5 stars is mind boggling. Robert offers good prices and to come on short notice. However once you paid for material, skip etc. He's nowhere to be seen. There's a lot of excuses and "I'll come tomorrow" which then transitions to outright ghosting. About a week after he was meant to start the job I get a phone call from him where he apologises a lot and I must not think this is the way he usually operates. Fair enough and he actually turns up the day after. We are not occupying the house yet so Rob and his crew do the work while we are at our old home. He then calls me late in the evening pushing me for paying half the money since they done half the work. After a bunch of persuasion I make the stupid choice of agreeing. Rob promise to come back the day after. However next day he's back at his old ways of ghosting me. I even use my partners phone to call him, he picks up but once he understands who I am he hangs up directly. My partner sending him a very sensible message pleading him to let us know if he intends to complete the job as we are soon to move in and we have a small child, living in a building site is neither safe nor pleasant. No answer! We then contact a builder on recommendation from our new neighbours. When the new builder turns up he tells us the work Rob intended to do (if he were to continue) is not structurally sound. Also the neighbours told us the job that he did do was mostly carried out by a bunch of young teens that he brought with.

Roof Repair
When I initially engaged your services to fix the roof leak, I trusted that your expertise and professionalism would result in a satisfactory resolution. However, it has become increasingly evident that the work performed was substandard and failed to address the underlying issue. The roof is still leaking from the exact same point, causing ongoing damage and inconvenience. I am also deeply disturbed by your request for additional payment for a job that has already been paid in full.
