Karl was an absolute professional. Guided me through the options of the roof repair. Even on the day of the work, identified a wasps nest and helped that be resolved fast and efficiently too. Good and friendly guy. He explained all possible options from cheap to expensive. And helped me to decide which is the best. He came and gave the quote within the day the job posted. And carried out the work the next day. High quality work done, highly recommended.
