Karime got my boiler working again, after it had been out of service for more than a year. He diagnosed the problem on his first visit; he communicated it to me very well as well as the options of management. He guided me through appropriately according to the age of the boiler. I'm impressed he kept his word, and promptly returned the following day with the new parts and got the boiler working again. I highly recommend KR Plumbing Ltd as he (Karime) is professional, empathetic and committed to his job. He demonstrated good conduct on both of his visits, I felt safe with him.
