I have used James for several jobs over the years for different properties. He does an excellent job of diagnosing the issue and provides a fair and competitive quote. His communication skills throughout the job was great, keeping me up to date with everything throughout. For this job he diagnosed why the electric storage heater wasn’t heating up and fixed the fault and talked the tenant through how to use the storage heater properly. I highly recommend James and will be using him for future jobs.
