JRS is a small business run by me (Jack) and my brother Robbie, we take a lot of pride in our work and believe that every job should be completed with 100% effort for the best customer satisfaction. As we have been roofing and ground working from the age of 15 we have plenty of experience in meeting every customers needs, we will walk our customers step by step as we proceed with the job to ensure we are both happy with how the work is moving forward, our ranges vary from all aspects roofing and groundwork’s and are able to visit your property for a free quotation working around suitable hours which are convenient to you, the prices offered are reasonable and will always stay the same for the work done, our Lancashire business will travel up to an hour to surrounding areas. Chimney, Roof Repair and Cleaning
Jack prompt at coming to price the job required and I accepted the quote. I'd asked for the roof and gutters to be cleaned as part of the job, of which only half was done. Not sure why, as you can clearly see where a roof starts and finishes. When asked when they would return to finish the job i was told the following week. Unfortunately he never returned to complete the job and never replied to text messages or phone calls. I was satisfied with the other work carried out, but that work was completed by another contractor who occasionally, I believe, work alongside Jack for jobs he is unable to do. I would be reluctant to recommend Jack due to lack of professionalism and reliability when dealing with a customer.

Chimney Capping for Rain Protection
Just a fantastic job from fantastic people. Really helpful nothing was too much and even went beyond what was asked without charging more. Best builders I have ever used and will always use them for any other jobs- fabulous job!

Capping Chimneys, Scaffold Ready
Attempted to fix a leak on roof. However, didn't stop leaking. When I contacted them regarding the matter, as they had told me to do if I had any issues, they didn't return to check out the leak. They were nice lads but a shame they weren't interested in e paid.

Fix Bedroom Roof Leak
Jack and his brother have been amazing! Arrived on Monday to fix our chimney (ended up being a bigger job than we thought), talked us through everything we needed doing and done an amazing job. He advised us on something else we needed doing and was able to come round in the same week to fix it. They’re both lovely lads and really professional, would highly recommend! Thank you so much!
