Fix Toilet and Connect Sink to Pipes
John was very professional and took his time to speak to me about the replacement toilet and fitting bathroom sink. He gave a good price and went over everything he did once job was completed. Even after job was completed any questions he was able to answer and left my bathroom clean and tidy. In future I would recommend again.

Fix Low Water Pressure in Bathroom
John called me and was very polite and eager to come and see the problem. He came on a Thursday and checked a few things then said likely the cartridge in the shower mixer tap needs changing. We agreed £70 to come and change the cartridge at 9:30am on the Saturday. Saturday comes and John’s disappeared. I called him 5 times and texted twice and he never bothered to reply. He read my message at 5pm on the Saturday and still didn’t reply. As a result, I missed out on a beach day with my wife and family because I was sitting at home waiting for John to turn up. I don’t understand what happened because he seemed so eager to come on Saturday and seemed to know what he was talking about but just vanished. A drawer in my bathroom got damaged whilst he was trying to get to some pipes and although I didn’t put the blame on him he probably thought I would and hence the reason he did a runner. Very disappointed because he left my shower mixer taps in pieces as he said there was no point putting it back together because he was going to return on the Saturday, but alas he never showed up.

John responded quickly and gave a very competitive price. Despite some complications due to a complex new tap and old pipe issue, John worked through them and problem solved effectively. He explained things to me clearly and he followed up to ensure a good job standard. He also made himself available for any potential need in the future.
