Paint & Refinish Exterior Walls
Jorge did a fanstastic job at our house. We asked him to paint the 2 external walls on the house: front and Garden. Then, we asked him to paint our front door. We then also asked him for other things we found we needed as he started the work: paint the tiles on the small roof above front house door, paint the step on the front door, insulate windows better, remove an old antenna. He also stabilised some loose tiles. The work he's done on the external back wall to the garden was amazing: he tried 2 techniques to see what worked best in a sample of the wall. Then, he went with the best results. The final look is incredibly good. He used a great technique to smooth out what was a very irregular, broken wall. He had to prepare the surface of the wall, to smooth it out from pebbles that were loose and old - we wanted a smooth wall from the pebbles riddled facade looking old, dirty and awful. He did it all with top professionalism. Jorge is a hard worker. Easy to talk to. He knows what he is doing. He will tell you what he can do and the things outside of his art, but always with great care and invested professionalism. He is a calm and diligent professional. Our house went front looking old to shiny new, and his pricing is super fair and very competitive. This was our first time hiring Jorge, but we're going to use more of his services going forward, for sure, as he is totally reliable and top quality.
