Clean 19 Apartments in Bourne End
JNS contacted me and quoted me to clean our new build apartments. I have two people moving in on Wednesday and arranged for them to come and clean two apartments this morning. They didn’t bother showing up, then text me back saying “their team had let them down” with no further explanation. This is now left me scrabbling around trying to find an alternative cleaner with very little notice. Appalling from JNS cleaning services, absolute waste of time.

Brilliant service from the initial contact through to the finish of the job. Great value for money. Emily and Gary worked hard through the day, kept us informed and were excellent ambassadors for the company. Absolutely no hesitation in recommending them.
