Absolutely DO NOT employ this man. Unfortunately he is dishonest and I am now in the awful position of having to take him to court to try to get back money paid for work that was never completed. Having done some searching there have been several county court judgements against him in the past 12 months. I hope you are suitably ashamed of yourself Jon.

Difficult job with poor access carried out without fuss. Kept informed of problems encountered and solutions quickly found.

Slate & Tiled Roof
Still awaiting work to be completed after 6-months. I found work that has been completed has been of a very poor quality. For instance - my roof still leaks after around 6 attempts to fix. The quality of work to fit a new roof on our extension was so poor that I had water ingress whenever it rained which damaged the existing fabric of the building. Leaks still not rectified.

Internal Walls
Replacing the leaking flat roof and repairing the damaged interior walls was completed to a very high standard. I was kept informed of progress and certainly would recommend them. It was a pleasure to employ and trust a company that exceeded my expectations and at a competitive price. For any future work I will be looking to them first. EXCELLENT sums their work up which was completed for me.

Conservatory
When I met with John from Jmc property maintenance services he gave me several options for the work concerned which was converting a conservatory into a craft room for general use also. The solution he came up with has resulted in the room now being suitable for use. It has changed the cold room into a warm and useful area in my home. With the clever use of insulation the room is now still bright and light but a warm and comfortable area to work in. I have no hesitation in recommending JMC property and will be using them in the future to sort out my garden.

Internal Walls
I can Highly recommend Jmc Extremely reliable and went out of their way to to be helpful in all aspects We required some work to be done quickly and despite having a busy workload We were fitted straight in and the work was immediately carried out John and Graham are friendly and professional and work in an extremely clean manner The work which had to be carried out was an extremely messy one Yet despite this We were extremely suprised at the way they cleaned up We have offered them more work because of their professionalism
