I am writing to express my recent realization regarding your conduct and character. It has come to my attention that you may not possess the qualities of honesty and honor that I once believed you to possess. It is truly disheartening to witness how you treat those who have treated you with kindness and respect. I cannot help but address a particular incident wherein you were involved with Grace, and it is evident that you obtained money from her to do a job but absconded with it. While I sincerely hope that this financial gain brings liberation to you and your family, it is important to remember the concept of karma. As the saying goes, "what goes around, comes around," and it serves as a reminder that our actions have consequences. Throughout our association, I have consistently interacted with you in a dignified and respectful manner, never once disrespecting or speaking down to you. However, your decision to block me, apparently due to a lack of honor, has awakened me to the reality of your true character. It is unfortunate to realize that individuals like yourself often reap what they sow. My purpose in writing this message is not to engage in further negative discourse, but rather to convey my disappointment and realization. It is my sincere hope that you reflect upon your actions and strive to become a person of integrity and honor. Treating others with kindness and respect, even in difficult situations, is a significant characteristic that should be embraced and valued.

External Painting - Wall
I engaged Jmac Builders to paint an outbuilding and a porch. To date the porch has not been finished and on countless I have asked when the porch would be finished and each time I'm provided with an excuse. Jamc were supposed to attend on 06 Oct and he failed to without a call or any reason why. Please be wary of this contractor and ensure all works are complete before making payment.

Done an excellent job. Very knowledgeable about decorating styles and gave great advice. Finished the job in the time quoted. Would recommend and use them again.
