About
JM Company is a construction partnership that focuses on providing excellent customer service and strong financial performance. We believe that customers are entitled to receive great service. Our plan is to expand the business into the areas of Wellingborough, Kettering, Northampton, and potentially Bedfordshire in the future. We can offer high-quality home improvement services across a variety of areas.
Currently, the company's focus is on house and garden improvements, as well as small construction jobs. We aim to expand the business by adding furniture-making and potentially hiring up to 10 highly skilled employees in the future.
JM Project has two owners - Michal Sliwa, who will primarily oversee the workforce and service delivery, and Joanna Wojciechowska, who will manage marketing strategies, hire new employees, handle site paperwork, risk assessments, and contracts, as well as develop long-term strategies to improve the company's revenue each year.
As a partnership, we share common values and beliefs. We also offer flexible working hours, and believe that the customer service advisors' attitude is crucial. Joanna will manage the operational site and monthly budget, while Mike has great knowledge and experience in carpentry, upholstery, and both internal and external construction. We believe that our complementary skills and personalities will make our company competitive in the market.
Mike has 22 years of experience, and has been helping his father's family business since he was a teenager, learning valuable skills along the way. Over the years, he has continuously grown his skills and experience in various areas of construction, carpentry, and home improvement.
JM Project is my third company, and a key focus is on customer satisfaction. We want to ensure that our work will not be forgotten. We can provide services in Northamptonshire, Bedfordshire, and Buckinghamshire. I strongly believe that my passion and skills can meet your needs. I am not afraid of new challenges and always strive to find solutions if problems arise. I am a hardworking person who sets the bar very high.

Furniture Assembly and Adjustment
Michal did a fantastic job assembling our TV Stand, table and readjusted the drawer console in the shortest period of time!!! Very friendly and just a gentle and very good person 😊. Will definitely use him again 👍
