Garage Conversion
I would say VERY GOOD for 4/5! JLL carried out a very comprehensive garage conversion to produce a bedroom and virtual wet room for a wheelchair user. This was completed over 5 weeks. JLL used professional trades persons when required and really kept on top of the work, which took longer than expected due to extra modifications e.g.. shower drainage from floor - no tray required. Really helpful and quite knowledgeable, willing to discuss and advise as the work progressed. I have since used JLL to do further work - total kitchen refurbishment and my daughter has a new bathroom. Very happy to recommend JLL. Have permitted photos of work done which I am sure can be viewed.

Internal Walls
Met Darren and spoke about my ideas for my downstairs renovations. He was very helpful and the standard of work he has produced is second to none. I had a lot of work carried out by him which includes the following; knock through load bearing wall and set RSJ, plaster walls, Put up bifold doors, move wall sockets and light switches, move radiators, level and lay LVT flooring. I would highly recommend him. I had a few quotes and some were cheaper, however I know you pay for quality and that’s exactly what you get.
