The cutting backof hedge and two trees was satisfactory as was the cutting down and removal of a third tree. The clearing away of waste was not satisfactory. The attitude of Jesse was very casual and at times cheeky. He made use of, and broke, a wheelbarrow without permission. I believe that I was overcharged for the work that was carried out as the original quote of £380 for reducing the height of three trees and one hedge area ballooned to £ 980 as it was felt necessary to remove one tree completely as it was showing signs of decay.

JL local tree servicesReally sorry about the wheelbarrow as I said on the day and I give your money back for it and the price on the job was responsible as I removed one whole tree and pruned 2 of them and tidy up thr hedges and all the waste was removed and I like to be human and as normal as as well being professional when I work for my customers so sorry for coming across cheeky but where all human not robots but thanks for the job
