To all those that are looking to choose JK Landscaping, I firmly advise you not to. I have never had to review a service in this way in the past. My experience has been truly awful. I am beyond disappointed. I can provide screenshots of communications and pictures to prove what I am about to outline. I asked for my front garden to be tidied up and made presentable. For vines to be removed from side of the house and for the gutters to be cleared as it had not been done in 3 years. The job was not completed as such. When I moved into the property it looked very nice. JK landscaping, did not trim hedges evenly, did not remove all waste from the garden a lot of it was left. The gutters above door and huge thorn bush growing up and over front door was completely left. Then, a pile of waste due to be made even larger once all waste is actually removed and added to the pile was just left in my shared car park. I was at work when the job was being done, at about 6 I was messaged and asked to pay for the job. I said I would like to see the work before paying, I was told this is not acceptable and JK INSISTED upon payment. I can provide proof of this. I paid unwillingly for a job I had not seen, when I got home, I came to see an awful job and waste left in my car park. I contacted JK, who said their van/trailer was full and that he would be back the next day (Wedesday 25th of Ocotber) to collect it, this this not happen. Then it was Friday, did not get collected then as JK uncle had passed away, assured it would be the following week, no confirmation on day of pick up. Then contacted him again the following Friday after hearing nothing, I was then told his van had broke down and did not have one so was unable to pick it up. It would now be the following week. Again, heard nothing by following Friday, so contacted JK again, did not reply. Messaged again on the Monday, saying I would complain on myjobquote about this. I was then told his Nan died and had to bury her so was grieving 2 deaths. I was understanding and patient every step of the way, but now since Monday I have still not been given an idea as to when this job will be completed. Bare in mind I was made to pay for this job as apparently it has been completed. JK knew the job was not completed. JK works with others, who could complete the job. but again, nothing. I have very upset neighbours understandably because the car park looks awful with the waste there. I have no van or trailer, which is why I paid a professional to do this job. This has been very stressful and upsetting for both me and my partner who have a 1 year old to look after at home. It looks like we will have to finish things ourselves, despite having paid a tradesman to do the job. I will not be using myjobquote again for any tradespeople. I cannot trust it. Promises after promises, so little regard for their customers. I was even asked to pay for the job midday on job day, as JK forgot their ladder which they needed to do the work. I refused this, and all this happened. At no point have I been given any idea as to WHEN this waste would be collected. I had forgotten about the poor work, but my biggest concern was the waste because of my neighbours. I feel extremely embarrassed. So have no choice but to rent a vehicle to dispose of the waste myself.

Do not use at all. Paid for materials up front James kept asking for more money came once and have had 6 no shows with numerous excuses. Even though quote says balance to be paid on completion they are very good as getting you to dip feed money and not returning. Garden ruined driveaway unusable requested refund for stock that has never been brought to my property and partial refund for not completing the job still haven’t received either. never ever use complete fraudsters and i will be taking further action

Good work, planned for one day, finished in 2 days, overall good work
