As a plumber working on my own, I like to focus on the smaller plumbing jobs that larger plumbers won’t touch, whether it is renewing silicone sealant, fixing a leaking tap, or clearing a drain.
I also take on much larger plumbing jobs such as full-scale bathroom re-fits, including tiling and the plumbing in of appliances.
I am a fully qualified and plumber and tiler, with lots of experience re-grouting and silicone-sealing tiles. If you are looking for a plumber or tiler (or both), be sure to give me a call

Have a svq3 domestic plumbing
Been tiling since 2005 , worked for couple years alongside tiler & also Attended a course @ Edinburgh tiling college to brush up on the harder aspects of giling, with fancier designs etc. Have full public liability insurance.
The majority of my work, almost like a wee niche iv created. Is when theres a leak from a bathroom, caused by silicone or grout failing, I can go in and either replace all the silicone &/or grout & stop the leak or ,replace the backing board & tiling entirely if the damage is greater .
Do a lot of leak detection/repairing leaks along with this. Then to fill in the gaps , it could be fitting appliances or repairing leaks, fixing internals of wc s or taps/showers. Installing outdoor taps. Plenty variety. ?

John has good communication, friendly. kept me informed at all times. Took time to look for other potential sources that could be causing the leak identified 2 other areas. All sorted and water tight again. Price very good. Would definitely recommend and use john again
