At J H Roofing and Property Maintenance we have over 10 years experience in Roofing and Property Maintenance. We pride ourselves in making sure the customer is 100 percent satisfied before any invoice is issued. We also have a after care service which is free of charge which consists of a 6 week check up after work is completed then a initial 12 week check up to ensure everything is settled in and in its proper form. Our motto is we find any leak and fix it .

At first everything was ok. Great chat about work, quick quote, cheap, on time. But after work came rain and my gutter starte to leak on each site. And the are broke in the middle. Tried to contact but no offer was maid to repair despite saying we have 10 years warranty. No hope in people.

Roof Repair
The work done was to a good standard but did not fix the leak. Jack came back under the guarantee to apply more sealant but this still did not fix the leak as I have since found out that it was in a different place that should have been noticed.

Roof Repair
Jack visited to check the work required, provided a quote and agreed a start date. The work was completed in a couple of days including some additional repairs identified while fixing the original leak. No problems and happy with the work.
